§ 32-22-26 — Writ must not be disobeyed
No writ of habeas corpus can be disobeyed for defect of form, if it sufficiently appears
therefrom in whose restraint the party imprisoned or restrained is, the officer or person detaining
the party, and the court before whom the party is to be brought.
