North Dakota Statutes
§ 32-13-09 — Damages for usurpation
If judgment is rendered upon the right of the person alleged to be entitled to the office in
favor of such person, that person may recover by action the damages which that person shall
have sustained by reason of the usurpation by the defendant of the office from which such
defendant has been excluded.
