Text
1.Except as provided under subsection 2, the court may issue an order under this
chapter only after notice and opportunity for a hearing appropriate in the
circumstances.
2.The court may issue an order under this chapter:
a.Without prior notice if the circumstances require issuance of an order before
notice is given;
b.After notice and without a prior hearing if the circumstances require issuance of
an order before a hearing is held; or
c.After notice and without a hearing if no interested party timely requests a hearing.
