Text
The court may, at any time before the trial of the action or a release of the property under
section 32-08.1-15, vacate or modify the writ of attachment for irregularity or other sufficient
cause, upon five days' notice of motion. The motion therefor may be combined with a motion to
increase the plaintiff's security under section 32-08.1-06.
