In any transfer of structured settlement payment rights, compliance with the requirements of
section 32-03.4-02 and fulfillment of the conditions of section 32-03.4-03 are the sole
responsibility of the transferee. Neither the structured settlement obligor nor the annuity issuer
bears any responsibility for, or any liability arising from, noncompliance with those requirements
or failure to fulfill those conditions.
