§ 31-01-15 — Witness exempt from suit out of county

North Dakota·Title 31 Judicial Proof·Ch. 31-01 Witnesses, Their Qualifications, Rights, and Duties

A person shall not be liable to be sued in a county in which that person does not reside by
being served with a summons in such county while going, returning, or attending as a witness in
obedience to a subpoena.
