§ 30.1-29-13 — (5-413) Acceptance of appointment - Consent to jurisdiction
North Dakota·Title 30.1 Uniform Probate Code·Ch. 30.1-29 Protection of Property of Persons Under Disability and Minors
By accepting appointment, a conservator submits personally to the jurisdiction of the court
in any proceeding, relating to the estate, that may be instituted by any interested person.
