Text
If no local administration or application or petition for local administration is pending in this
state, a domiciliary foreign personal representative may file with a court in this state, in a county
in which property belonging to the decedent is located, authenticated or certified copies of the
person's appointment and of any official bond the person has given, and the court shall enter an
order establishing the filing of the copies.
