§ 30.1-20-14 — (3-914) Disposition of unclaimed assets
North Dakota·Title 30.1 Uniform Probate Code·Ch. 30.1-20 Special Provisions Relating to Distribution
If an heir, devisee, or claimant cannot be found, the personal representative shall distribute
the missing person's share to the missing person's conservator, if any, otherwise to the
unclaimed property administrator under chapter 47-30.2.
