North Dakota·Title 30.1 Uniform Probate Code·Ch. 30.1-14 Informal Probate and Appointment Proceedings
Applications for informal probate which relate to one or more of a known series of
testamentary instruments, other than a will and one or more codicils to the will, the latest of
which does not expressly revoke the earlier, must be declined.
