Text
1.Subject to subsections 2 and 3, this state may grant a written request by an issuing
authority of another state for the rendition of a person in this state.
2.The request must be refused if the requested person is:
a.Being prosecuted or is imprisoned in this state for a criminal offense;
b.The subject of a pending proceeding in a juvenile court of this state brought for
the purpose of adjudicating the person to be a delinquent child;
c.In the custody of an agency of this state pursuant to an order of disposition of a
juvenile court of this state as a delinquent child; or
d.Under the supervision of the juvenile court of this state pursuant to informal
adjustment or an order of disposition of the court.
3.The request must allege that the person:
a.Is charged with a crime punishabl
