§ 29-21-22 — Certified copies of papers sent to proper county by clerk
In the cases provided for in section 29-21-21, the clerk forthwith shall transmit a certified
copy of the information or indictment and of all the papers filed in the action to the proper
county, the expense of which transmission is chargeable to that county.
