Text
The grand jury, unless a competent reporter is appointed, shall appoint a member of the jury
as clerk, who shall preserve minutes of all the proceedings of the jurors, and exhibits presented,
except of the votes of the individual members, and of the evidence given before them. Upon the
conclusion of the grand jury session, all exhibits must be placed in the custody of the state's
attorney unless otherwise directed by the court.
