Text
If any of a series of thefts can be charged as one offense for purposes of grading under
subsection 7 of section 12.1-23-05, if each of those thefts involved the use of a credit card, and
if the total value of the property or services stolen is at least fifty dollars, venue for the criminal
action, in which the series of thefts is charged as one offense, is in any county where any of the
thefts was committed.
