Text
1.The supreme court may provide for the appointment by administrative and personnel
rules of the necessary juvenile court officers, clerical personnel, and other specialized
personnel within the limits of legislative appropriations to assist the juvenile court in
carrying out the juvenile probation and supervisor functions of the juvenile court.
2.Detention center facilities and personnel must be funded by the county.
3.All salaries, per diem, and other compensation payable to juvenile court personnel, all
necessary books, forms, stationery, office supplies and equipment, postage,
telephone, and travel, and other necessary expenses incurred in carrying out the
provisions of this chapter must be borne by the state, except for suitable quarters for
conducting official business and lights
