§ 27-11-08 — Terms and removal of members of state board of law examiners

North Dakota·Title 27 Judicial Branch of Government·Ch. 27-11 Admission to Bar

Members of the state board of law examiners must be appointed for a term of six years so
arranged that one term expires on January first of every odd-numbered year. Any member of the
board may be removed at the pleasure of the supreme court.
