Text
district - Voidable - Vacating.
No order or judgment given in any action or proceeding by a judge of a district court of this
state contrary to the limitations of the preceding section is void for that reason, but such order or
judgment must be vacated by the supreme court upon appeal, if the order or judgment is
appealable, or by any judge of the district in which such action or proceeding is pending if an
application for that purpose is made to such judge within thirty days from the time such order
was made or such judgment was given.
