Text
If the registration of a discount plan organization is surrendered, revoked, or not renewed,
the discount plan organization shall proceed, immediately following surrender, or the effective
date of the order of revocation or, in the case of a nonrenewal, the date of expiration of the
registration, to wind up the organization's affairs transacted under the registration. The discount
plan organization may not engage in any further advertising, solicitation, collecting of fees, or
renewal of contracts.
