Text
There is no liability on the part of and no claim for relief arises against the commissioner,
any insurer or its authorized representatives, agents, or employees, any licensed insurance
producer, or any person furnishing information to an insurer as to reasons for a termination or
declination for any communication giving notice of or specifying the reasons for a declination or
termination or for any statement made in connection with an attempt to discover or verify the
existence of conditions which would be a reason for a declination or termination under these
sections. This section does not apply to statements made in bad faith with malice in fact.
