North Dakota Statutes
§ 26.1-39-09 — Nonstandard fire policy
The commissioner may approve for use in this state a form of policy which does not
correspond to the standard policy as provided by section 26.1-39-06; provided, that the
coverage of the approved policy form with respect to the peril of fire may not be less than that
contained in the standard policy.
