§ 26.1-39-08 — Construction of standard fire policy
The standard policy is a valued policy as defined under section 26.1-30-03. An insurance
policy in the form prescribed by section 26.1-39-06 is subject to the rules of construction as to
its effect or the waiver of any of its provisions which would apply if the form had not been
prescribed.
