The association may use federal funding received under section 1332 of the federal Patient
Protection and Affordable Care Act [Pub. L. 111-148; 119 Stat. 124; 42 U.S.C. 1801 et seq.] to
procure third-party reinsurance for the association's portion of eligible claims.
