§ 26.1-34-07 — Disclosure if annuity contract does not provide cash surrender or death benefits
benefits.
Any annuity contract that does not provide cash surrender benefits or does not provide
death benefits at least equal to the minimum nonforfeiture amounts prior to the commencement
of any annuity payments must include a statement in a prominent place in the contract that such
benefits are not provided.
