§ 26.1-33-43 — Commingling of death benefits with trust assets
Death benefits held in trust may be commingled with any other assets which may properly
come into the trust. Sections 26.1-33-41 and 26.1-33-42 do not invalidate previous life
insurance policy beneficiary designations naming trustees of trusts established by will.
