§ 26.1-33-32 — Effect of life policy simplification standards on filed policies
Sections 26.1-33-29 through 26.1-33-31 do not negate any law of this state permitting the
issuance of a policy form after it has been on file for the required time period and has not been
disapproved by the commissioner.
