Text
Sections 26.1-30.1-02 and 26.1-30.1-03 do not apply to insurance policies which have been
in effect less than ninety days at the time the notice of cancellation is mailed or delivered. No
cancellation under this section is effective until at least ten days after the written notice to the
policyholder.
