§ 26.1-30-17 — Breach of immaterial provision does not avoid policy unless otherwise provided
provided.
An insurance policy may declare that a violation of specified provisions of the policy avoids
it. In the absence of such declaration, the breach of an immaterial provision does not avoid the
insurance policy.
