§ 26.1-29-13 — Mutual disclosures required in insurance contract
Each party to an insurance contract shall communicate to the other in good faith all facts
within the party's knowledge which are or which the party believes to be material to the contract
and which the other party has not the means of ascertaining and as to which the party makes no
warranty.
