prevention course completion. All rate filings with the commissioner for motor vehicle liability and physical damage insurance must provide for an appropriate reduction in premium charges for the principal operators of motor vehicles for at least a two-year period following their successful completion of a motor vehicle accident prevention course. The reduction in premium charges must be separately disclosed. The premium billing must disclose the reduction in premium charges with respect to the person eligible for the reduction. The reduction in premium charges does not apply to an operator who is subject to an experience rating or a driver education premium reduction.
