stamps - Assessment - Determination of eligibility.
The annual assessment for a bond of an agent appointed by the director of the game and
fish department to distribute hunting and fishing licenses or stamps pursuant to section
20.1-03-17 is ten dollars. The office may reduce or waive the assessment if the office
determines that funds received under this section are sufficient to cover potential claims on the
bonds of agents appointed to distribute hunting and fishing licenses or stamps. The office shall
determine the conditions and qualifications of agents bonded under this section. The minimum
amount of coverage under this section is fifteen thousand dollars per agent per year.
