Text
A premium finance agreement may provide for the payment by the insured of a delinquency
charge for any payment that is in default for a period of ten days or more. The amount of the
delinquency charge may not exceed five dollars. If the default results in the cancellation of any
insurance policy listed in the premium finance agreement, the premium finance agreement may
provide for a cancellation charge of ten dollars in addition to the delinquency charge.
