§ 26.1-16-12 — Territorial restrictions on society - Voluntary contribution plan benefits regulated by chapter

Any society organized under this chapter shall confine its activities, insofar as solicitation by
insurance producers is concerned, to this state. No benefits on the voluntary contribution plan
may be provided by any society except as provided in this chapter.
