North Dakota Statutes
§ 26.1-16-10 — Amendment of articles and adoption, amendment, and repeal of bylaws
The articles of incorporation of a benevolent society may be amended, and its bylaws
adopted, amended, or repealed, at any annual meeting or at any special meeting called for that
purpose. A two-thirds affirmative vote of the members of the society is required to take any of
the actions specified in this section.
