Requirements.
Any benevolent society organized and doing business on July 1, 1937, which has a name
which does not include the words "benevolent society" is not required to change its name to
comply with section 26.1-16-05, but its membership certificate, stationery, and literature must
state clearly that it is a benevolent society.
