Text
The authority of every society annually terminates on April thirtieth and may be renewed. A
license continues in full force and effect until the new license is issued or specifically refused.
For each license or renewal the society shall before April first pay the commissioner the fee
established under section 26.1-01-07. A duly certified copy or duplicate of the license is prima
facie evidence that the licensee is a fraternal benefit society.
