Text
A county mutual insurance company may make bylaws, not inconsistent with the
constitution or laws of this state, necessary to provide for the management of the company's
affairs in accordance with this chapter and to prescribe the duties of the company's officers.
Bylaws may be repealed or amended in the manner provided in this chapter.
