§ 26.1-11-17 — Construction

North Dakota·Title 26.1 Insurance·Ch. 26.1-11 Foreign Insurance Companies

Section 26.1-11-16 does not prevent an unauthorized foreign or alien insurance company
from filing a motion to quash a writ or to set aside service thereof made in the manner provided
in this chapter on the ground that the company has not done any of the acts enumerated in this
chapter or that the person on whom service was made pursuant to section 26.1-11-12 was not
doing any of the acts therein enumerated.
