§ 26.1-11-03 — Failure to comply with conditions renders contracts void on behalf of company - Enforcement against company
company - Enforcement against company.
A contract made by or on behalf of any foreign insurance company doing business in this
state without first complying with section 26.1-11-01 or 26.1-11-04 is void and unenforceable on
behalf of the company and its assigns, but the contract may be enforced against the company.
