company - Penalty.
Any failure to comply with section 26.1-11-01 renders each officer, agent, and stockholder of
any foreign insurance company failing to comply therewith jointly and severally liable on all
contracts of the company made within this state during the time the company is in default. Each
officer and agent of the noncomplying company is guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
