§ 26.1-08-07 — Approval and filing of benefit plans (Repealed effective December 31, 2027)

The lead carrier shall file with the commissioner all benefit plans and other forms required to
be approved. The commissioner shall approve or disapprove any form within sixty days of
receipt.
