effective December 31, 2027) A basic supplement plan and standard supplemental plan must be offered to individuals who are eligible for Medicare by reason of age or disability. Supplemental plans issued by the association must be developed by the lead carrier and approved by the board. Any coverage or combination of coverages through the association may not exceed a maximum benefit of one million dollars for an individual.
