discrimination. Any officer, agent, insurance producer, or representative of any insurance or surety company, reciprocal, benevolent society, or any other insurance organization, or association, or any other person, who violates section 26.1-04-05, 26.1-04-06, 26.1-04-07, or 26.1-04-17 is guilty of a class A misdemeanor. The commissioner may, after a hearing upon fifteen days' notice, revoke the license to transact business in this state of any insurance organization violating section 26.1-04-05 or 26.1-04-06.
