§ 26.1-03-07 — Annual statement to be filed

North Dakota·Title 26.1 Insurance·Ch. 26.1-03 Examinations, Reports, and Tax
Every insurance company doing business in this state shall transmit to the commissioner, not later than March first of each year, a statement of its condition and business for the year ending on the preceding December thirty-first. If March first falls on a Saturday or legal holiday, the statement is due on the next succeeding business day. A company organized under the law of any foreign country or province shall include in the statement only business transacted within the United States, and shall file a supplemental statement of business transacted without the United States not later than December first. The commissioner shall stamp the date of receipt on every statement. The commissioner may not accept the annual statement from any company if the statement was transmitted after the date
