Text
The superintendent of the life skills and transition center must be a skilled administrator with
professional training and experience relating to the needs of individuals with developmental
disabilities. All employees must be appointed and removed by the superintendent or by the
superintendent's designee. The salaries of all employees shall be fixed by the superintendent or
the superintendent's designee within the limits of the legislative appropriations made for such
purpose.
