Text
A caretaker shall provide the project access to the person with developmental disabilities or
mental illness and to the facility where the person resides. The committee shall adopt rules
regarding access to the records of a client for the purpose of investigating complaints or reports
and monitoring service delivery systems. Any rules adopted under this section must comply with
subsection 4 of section 25-01.2-03, section 25-16-07, 42 U.S.C. 6042, and 42 U.S.C. 10805.
