§ 23.1-16-12 — Manufacturer's data report
The boiler manufacturer shall provide the department with a manufacturer's data report.
When signed by an authorized inspector, this data sheet together with the stamp on the boiler is
the record denoting the boiler has been constructed in accordance with the rules adopted to
implement this chapter.
