Text
In addition to other remedies, the department may apply to the district court of Burleigh
County for a temporary or permanent injunction restraining any person from violating a provision
of this chapter regardless of whether there exists an adequate remedy at law, and appropriate
costs must be taxed by the court for all expenses to the department for the injunctive
proceedings.
