North Dakota·Title 23.1 Environmental Quality·Ch. 23.1-12 Petroleum Release Remediation

This chapter does not limit a person's duty to notify the department and to take action
related to a release. However, payment for corrective actions required as a result of a petroleum
release is governed by this chapter.
