§ 23.1-08-18 — Inspections
North Dakota·Title 23.1 Environmental Quality·Ch. 23.1-08 Solid Waste Management and Land Protection
The department may inspect all solid waste management activities and facilities, at all
reasonable times, to ensure compliance with the laws of this state, the provisions of this
chapter, and the rules authorized under this chapter.
