Any report, data, data compilation, analyses, or summary that is generated by a peer review
organization and made available to the department of health and human services or the public
by the department of health and human services, the North Dakota hospital association, or the
North Dakota hospital foundation, may not be introduced into evidence, for any purpose, in any
civil or administrative proceeding.
